Help me give my students patriotic materials for our classroom winter Olympic celebration!

My Students

My PreK students are among Georgia's earliest learners. They are also the youngest of close to 900 students in our school. Like many four and five year-old children, they are creative and curious thinkers with a desire to figure out how the world around them works. During small group or center time, they can constantly be overheard saying, "Let me try it myself!" Their eagerness to complete tasks independently is exciting to watch. These young learners love to play and explore.

My Project

My students are excited to join children around the world in learning and celebrating the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China. The materials in this project will provide my students with hands on materials to make learning fun. The red, white, and blue water beads will be a great addition to our sensory bins. The mini American flags will be waved excitedly as we cheer on Team USA and our athletes. The mini gold medals will be a great addition to our Olympic day and of course we can't wait to read the Olympic themed books during story time!
