This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The use of stickers, crayons, markers and paint is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially during center time. My students are learning to create and explore and these materials will allow them to use their creativity and imagination as they create art for decorating waiting rooms at medical centers. We will be promoting wellness as we make people happy while waiting at medical offices.
The storage boxes will allow us to organize materials.
By donating to our project, you will not only help with creativity and exploration, you will ultimately help to increase their confidence and self-esteem when they display the art work they create at the medical centers.
The products that I have selected will help my students create and explore throughout the school year. These craft materials will encourage creativity, sharing and turn taking with each other. Thank you.
