My Project

I am seeking to provide enticing rewards to motivate and encourage students towards postive behavior and academic growth in the classroom. These rewards will be use to celebrate students reaching various goals in the classroom.

These incentives will provide a tangable reward, for students meeting behavioral and academic goals throughout the school year.

Through the use of incentives or rewards we can increase our students confidence in themselves and encourage hard work. It is a way to provide modivation and encourangment to students in the classroom, whether they are working on behavioral or academic goals
