This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students are very cheerful and love coming to school each day. They have worked so hard throughout the school year developing their Preschool/Kindergarten readiness skills. My students love to sing and dance with teachers and friends, and time spent learning in their classroom is a safe and exciting place to explore and grow.

Unfortunately, summer learning loss is REAL!

Our students will soon be home for summer break. I want to provide students with the materials that they need, including kindergarten workbooks and crayons, to continue learning and minimize the learning loss that occurs when they are out of school.
