This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are full of energy and come to school ready to learn. There are times when my students come to school without a snack and by midday they have lost that energy they came in with, their stomachs are growling and they need to power up. The students get breakfast in the classroom and then lunch is at 10:15a.m., so by 1:00 they are hungry and in need of a snack.

My students need a snack to power up and get some energy.

Snacks fill their bellies and give them that energy to continue to learn.
