Power Up Student Learning with a Library Laptop Charging Cart
Help me give my students a laptop charging cart to ensure reliable access to library technology.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Platt's classroom raised $603
This project is fully funded
My Project
Our library is the hub of the school, helping students become thoughtful digital citizens through coding, computer science and STEM activities. This year will be our first year with a classroom set of Chromebooks and six iPads for our younger learners. This cart would ensure all students have access to the working technology they need to learn essential skills like typing, coding and digial classroom tools.
Students need to have devices that are charged, organized and ready to go in so they fully participate in our OAES Library and computer science program.
This charging station will ensure that we stay organized and empowered. Students will have regular access to technology that works and is ready for them to use.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
