This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This donation drive seeks to support high school students, particularly those with disabilities, by providing essential supplies like extension cords, laptop chargers, fidget spinners, and disinfectant wipes. These items are key to fostering an inclusive and accessible learning environment where all students can succeed. Many of our students depend on technology for communication, research, and skill development, and reliable access to power through extra cords and chargers ensures that their learning is uninterrupted. Fidget spinners are a helpful tool for students with sensory needs, promoting focus and reducing anxiety in the classroom. Additionally, disinfectant wipes will keep our learning spaces clean and healthy, preventing illness-related disruptions, especially during the winter seasons.
