My Project
A camera battery, memory card, and microphone may seem like small accessories, but they play a big role in helping students succeed in our Yearbook Club. These tools allow students to fully engage in capturing the life of our school without the stress of technical limitations getting in the way of their creativity and learning.
An extra camera battery ensures that students never miss a moment.
School events often happen back-to-back or extend late into the evening, and a dead battery could mean losing the chance to capture a game-winning shot, a special performance, or candid moments that bring our yearbook to life. With a backup battery, students can shoot confidently, knowing they’ll have the power to keep going.
A high-capacity memory card allows students to store hundreds of high-quality images and video clips, which is crucial during busy times like spirit weeks, concerts, and sports seasons. It also gives them room to experiment—trying different angles, settings, and styles—without worrying about running out of space.
A microphone adds another exciting layer by enabling students to record high-quality audio for interviews, voiceovers, and video features. Whether they're capturing commentary from a coach, conducting student spotlights, or creating multimedia content to complement the yearbook, a microphone helps them develop communication and journalism skills while enhancing the storytelling experience.
Together, these accessories empower students to take full ownership of the creative process, deepen their technical abilities, and produce a yearbook that reflects the diversity, energy, and spirit of our school.
