it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our weight training classes and student-athlete strength and conditioning programs are at the heart of our school’s health and wellness culture. Every day, students walk into the weight room ready to learn, grow, and challenge themselves. However, our equipment is stretched thin as participation in these programs continues to grow. To support these incredible students, I am requesting three sets of PowerBlock Dumbbells.
These dumbbells are unique because they allow for quick and easy weight adjustments, which will save time and make workouts more efficient.
This versatility will make a big difference in students’ learning by allowing them to perform a wide range of exercises tailored to their fitness level and goals. With more access to adjustable weights, students will be able to progress safely and confidently, enhancing their understanding of proper strength training techniques.
The goal for this project is to ensure that all students, regardless of their skill level or experience, have access to high-quality equipment that supports their fitness journey. These PowerBlock Dumbbells will help us accommodate larger class sizes and give every student and athlete the tools they need to succeed—whether it’s building strength, improving athletic performance, or learning lifelong fitness habits.
What makes my students special is their unwavering dedication and determination. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the weight room, but they all share a common drive to improve themselves. From beginners finding their confidence to athletes striving to reach the next level, they inspire me every day with their hard work and commitment.
