This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love how creative, driven, and unique my students are. They work hard, support each other, and take pride in their accomplishments. One of the best parts of our classroom culture is celebrating their efforts and achievements through positive reinforcement and fun incentives. This project will help us take that to the next level.
We’re requesting ink for our color printer so we can create custom posters that students can “purchase” with their PBIS points.
These posters will be designed just for them — showcasing their favorite quotes, music artists, sports teams, or even their own artwork. It’s a fun and meaningful way to reward positive behavior, attendance, effort, and leadership.
Having the ability to print in color will allow us to create high-quality, personalized items that students will be proud to display at home or in their lockers. These custom posters turn a simple incentive into a special experience that motivates students to continue making good choices.
My goal is to keep students excited about learning and growing, while encouraging a positive and respectful classroom environment. These small rewards have a big impact — they show students that their hard work is noticed and appreciated.
What makes my students special is their heart. They are full of energy, ideas, and determination. Despite any challenges they may face outside of school, they show up ready to learn, create, and be their best selves. With your support, we can continue to build a positive, motivating space where students feel seen, valued, and inspired to succeed.
