My Project

Our students are so special because they love to learn and they appreciate everything we give them. When new things come into the classroom they are so grateful and even though they are young they work together to make sure our new supplies last and all can use them. This helps them learn how to take responsibility for their materials.

Everyone knows that sometimes it is the little things that can make all the difference in helping students feel better about themselves and better prepared to learn.

Having disinfectant wipes and Kleenex for being at school for the first time. Clean, fresh, underwear in case you have an accident. Play dough to help you create or just get out some frustrations. A special item to make your birthday the best. Writing materials to express yourself. Our goal is to give students what they need to feel comfortable and be better able to participate in learning.

We teach in a Head Start, public, pre-k classroom in a district that qualifies for universal breakfast and lunch. We have spent over twenty-five years working with these dynamic little learners while filling their environment with engaging materials that satisfy their curiosity and better prepare them for their next educational experiences. Please help our support our leaners.
