Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Please help me give my students the reinforcement that is needed to be successful in my class. My students often have behaviors that impede their learning or those around them. When having a positive enforcement plan in place it will help them learn the expectations and rules of the classroom. That being said, having a few different treats will keep them on their toes and have them engaged in more learning. The snacks will be used for when I see a student meeting the expectations they will be instantly reinforcement with a snack. As the rest of the year goes on the students will need less and less due to learning the expectations.
