This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we use positive reinforcement for classroom management and to celebrate reading successes!

Students who are doing the right thing should be rewarded for their amazing behavior and wonderful achievements!

In our classroom, we're working on our reading skills. This is tough work for us, so when students go up a reading level, they should be rewarded for their hard work! They're taking big chances and candy is a fantastic reward for them!

When we positively reinforce what we like to see in the classroom, students are much more likely to follow the rules. Everyone likes to be rewarded for doing the right thing! I would love to have different candy that many students would love.
