Help me give my students school store choices. The school store incentivizes students to make positive decisions. It offers them a sense of achievement through these choices while also aiding in the development of their budgeting skills.
The students at our school represent a wide range of backgrounds, and many families face financial challenges. While our students aspire to achieve great things, intrinsic motivation alone isn't always sufficient to sustain their drive. They must see how their efforts can lead to tangible rewards.
By offering enjoyable items for students to buy with the points they've earned, they will gain valuable lessons in budgeting and understanding the rewards of hard work and success.
They will discover the importance of saving, planning, and putting in effort to reach their goals.
