Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am the resource specialist at our school and I can honestly say that I love my students and my job. What I love most about my students is their diligence, curiosity, enthusiasm, and generosity.

Help me motivate my students to continue working through their daily academic struggles.

My students look forward to being able to choose their incentives with these Amazon and Starbucks gift cards. This incentive has been working very well with our positive behavior support system. I would like to continue to provide these incentives to my students to acknowledge their hard work. I want to keep them engaged and I want them to be able to take responsibility for their learning. The best part about them being able to choose the incentive of their choice is that incentives are not going to waste. I have also included some of their favorite snacks to add to our incentive choices.
