My Project
Students earn Leader Bucks for exhibiting positive behaviors throughout the school day, and then get to go shopping in their classroom store or school-wide store. Keeping the school store stocked with items students want to earn will encourage students to exhibit positive behaviors. They will know they have to work to practice leadership skills, be kind to others, complete their work in order to earn prizes.
Students will have the choice to use the gift cards to purchase what they really want instead of a small prize that is not as engaging to them.
This project will also help students boost their social-emotional learning skills.
