Portable Air Conditioner to Focus on Learning and Stop Nosebleeds!!

My Project
Our school is a Title 1 school in Harlem. Most of the students in my class are Black with 1/3 being Hispanic. In our classroom, the heat is making our room extremely hot. We have the windows open and the AC (old AC which is not able to make the room cool) is on, but we are still sweating in our class. We really need a portable air conditioner to help cool the room down so all the children focus on learning. Some children are getting nosebleeds due to the extremely high heat in our room.
Please help our children maintain their health while keeping cool with this portable air conditioner so they can focus on learning!!
I want to ensure they can learn in a comfortable environment with a cool classroom so that we can continue from where we left off. By helping to provide a portable air conditioner you will help my student stay focused more on their learning than on the heat. If the classroom were kept cool with a portable air conditioner this would help create a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment.
