Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are from low income homes and experience tough home lives. Our students love to come to school where they can relax, get food, and be safe. School is a place our students can be carefree kids and have fun, especially with everything going on in the their worlds at home.

Our students love to be active and play at recess and in PE class.

They love to play team sports such as soccer and hockey. The problem is our school does not have goals for these activities on all the fields or playgrounds.

It would be great to have the pop up nets so they can use them in whatever area they are playing on for recess or PE. This way it doesn't matter if there is irrigation, if they switch fields, or if lots of kids want to participate. They could have more than one game going.
