My Project

Our pollinator garden has been highly successful in attracting pollinators as well as being an excellent outdoor learning area for studying in real time the effects of climate on our environment.

We monitor rainfall and soil conditions.

We water as needed and plant shade plants where necessary.

We are in Hawaii where outdoor learning takes place year-round. This is a heavily used area and is always a student favorite. Any garden is an area in continuous need of replenishment and maintenance. Soil and seeds are always needed and will be much appreciated.
