Polished Imagination: Fueling Creativity in the Classroom

My Project

As a Speech Team we are frequently looking for creative ways to engage our speech kiddos, which we often find as something printable online. The TPT gift card and toner would allow for us to find resources that would engage our kiddos and help them reach their goals. Several of our kiddos work with their hands to stay focused. Play-Doh is a great way to engage the students and keep their attention while they're also activating their creative brain! Of course, the disinfecting wipes will help keep our areas clean and germ free so our kids don't get sick or pass germs along.

My goal for this project is to help students reach their goal as we utilize the resources we've been given through keeping them physically moving with their hands, keeping the areas clean and tidy to ensure safe learning, and using what we've been given to find and print activities that will keep the kids engaged and ready to meet their goals.

These students work hard every time they come to Speech. Each kiddo is unique in their own way, but each of them strive to become better. The light in their eyes when what they've been working on finally clicks is far more rewarding than anything with monetary value. There are many kids seen each day and it's important that they know we've taken the time to plan for them and want to do everything we can to help them succeed.
