My Project

As we gear up for the rest of the school year, I asked my students what they would be most interested in. Many of them asked for more books with trivia and more books with poetry. In all honesty, I was shocked! Then I realized my book collection is greatly lacking those books. Poetry for them to connect and grow with. Trivia and nonfiction texts to build their knowledge of the world around them.

Choice books that make kids more excited about reading are absolutely golden.

Finding books that make sure my students stay excited about what they are reading is one of the best things I can do. I hope you can help me keep that excitement alive!
