My Students
I teach at an amazing school full of diversity. We have over seven hundred students and over one hundred are English as a second language students. One hundred are Advanced Program students, along with a robust regular education program and special needs program. We call ourselves "The Greatest School on Earth," and we truly are! I teach our digital learning, where students not only learn computer skills, but they participate in project-based learning. I get to teach all of our amazing students, either in a group setting, small groups, or individually. I am blessed to teach all of our students!
I want all of the students that enter my room to have amazing experiences because they are amazing and exceptional students!
My Project
I am excited about starting a podcast this year! I know my students will love writing, creating and producing them! It is going to be a great way for them to demonstrate learning, while learning the valuable skills of teamwork and collaboration.
I can't wait to see it increase their confidence and engagement as well!
Since we are just 'putting our toes' into podcasting, I am going to start with microphones and sound absorbing panels. We want our podcast to be quality, so these tools will help us get started!
