Plyo Jump Box Additions To Weight Room

Help me give my students plyo jump boxes to do all the things that will make them competitive in sports across the board.

My Project

Our high school has a rich history in athletics. In the last 25 years alone, it has produced a 9-0 football team and 3 (2 girls and 1 boys) basketball state championships. At our inaugural Hall of Fame induction in 2023 we were able to honor the contributions of athletes like Magic Johnson and Dyne Burrell who went on to compete at the highest levels of their sports.

In order to continue competing with the best teams and schools in the state we need to improve our weight room equipment.

Purchasing new plyo jump boxes is one step towards that goal. Plyo jump boxes are a great resource to have for our coaches and athletes. They can be used to improve explosiveness, and power development and allow our athletes to contract muscles faster and with higher force.

This is one part of a larger project to get our teams access to the equipment we need to develop physically and mentally. We hope you will consider supporting our projects to improve the equipment in the Everett High School weight room.
