This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Classroom management is key to student success! Without this, students are not provided with an environment that is conducive to learning. There are many behavior techniques that I use to positively motivate my students. Without a doubt, my prize box is the most effective tool. The prize box never fails to motivates and encourage students to make good choices and try their best.
This year I teach 3 sections of students and about 75 students in total.
With standardized testing coming up, we often find this time of year especially challenging for both students and teachers. Please help bring some joy and excitement for these students as they persevere through lots of rigorous testing!
