This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a math teacher, we go through a lot of different topics and vocabulary throughout the year. With so much information, the students need a way to have all the key ideas neatly organized in one spot. Reference sheets are not only a great way to summarize content, but also a good resource for students to use as a study guide for tests.
These items were chosen with the idea of being able to provide colorful reference sheets and classroom resources to the students.
The printer will allow me to create colored reference sheets, making it easier to distinguish when it comes to graphs or diagrams. In return, these sheets can get glued into their notebook for quick reference and to ensure that all information is in one spot. Additional bigger anchor charts are created throughout the year to have something on the wall that students can reference.
