My beautiful 4-Year-Old TK Littles deserve to SIT on chairs that are just their size... Not too Big like Papa Bears Chair or even Medium like Mama Bears Chair; but Just Right...
Remember when your Mum told you to sit up straight, with your feet flat on the floor... That's super hard for 1/2 of my kiddoz to do. I only have 12:24 chairs that properly fit their little bodies - I want to thank everyone who contributed to last years "Please Sit Down" project... those chairs are fantastic, However, I have now been told I will be having 24 new 4-year-olds joining my class this year. Sadly, the 1st/2nd grade sized fill-in chairs are just too big... their feet will dangle or they will have to sit-upon their feet to have Social Time aka: cooking & snack or "Table Time" play & work activities... Believe me, student Comfort is key to keeping them focus on their work & play while making strides towards their academic goals.
