This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Preschool is an essential part of our school system as it teaches children how to play, interact, and socialize appropriately for when they enter K-12 grades. We have 50 student's total. One AM class and one PM class. Our preschool curriculum is very hands on and interactive. I am a new teacher who wants to make the best community for her students to learn and grow.

We are looking for some classroom supplies to help imaginations grow.

My students this year love doing crafts and making things using their imaginations. We are in need of lots of stickers of all sizes to help with fine motor skills as the students will be following ABC letter templets as well as using stickers as rewards for good behavior. Paper punchers will help fine motor skills and will be used to help their crafts as well as stencils to help them learn how to draw. Toy cleaning supplies will help them learn the importance of taking care of our room and will be placed in our dramatic play center where the requested hand puppets will be kept. The requested items will help our students be ready for grade school.
