This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am asking for these materials to help me create a calm and welcoming environment for my students. I try to create a peaceful, welcoming and clean environment for my students. They work better when they are organized and I encourage organization each and every day. The students love coming to my room and helping me decorate my bulletin board and display their work. I have a huge black board in the back of the room that I cover so that I can put up anchor charts but I have to tape everything. One of the things that will really help me would be magnetic border. I also want to make a little reading nook in the back for when they are done with their math work. I want to make it calm, pretty and inviting.
