Help me give my students the opportunity to run a not-for-profit apparell shop within our school and at our extracurricular events! This is for a young entrepreneurs club!
I am a veteran of the United States Army. I served as an active duty Infantryman before finding myself in education. I have taught exclusively in middle school and have loved every minute of it. Now I am striking out to create a middle school-level entrepreneurial program to help motivate and educate our young people in creating the businesses of the future. We will be marketing, creating, and distributing the school spirit wear online and from a booth at all of our performing arts and sporting events. Students will design the ads, take the orders, design and create the shirts, package them for distribution, and keep track of the accounting for the club. All proceeds will go back to funding the program and other teams and clubs at our school.
We are starting from the ground up with ZERO funding.
So any help we receive will be our clubs' seed money and the students will be working on calculating ROI and projections for achieving profitability.
