This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Sportime Recess Equipment and Activity Pack: This pack offers a variety of activities that promote teamwork, coordination, and physical fitness. By engaging in different games, students will develop their motor skills, learn to cooperate with peers, and stay active, which is crucial for their overall well-being and academic performance. JA-RU Zooma Ring Flyer: These vibrant orange flying discs are perfect for enhancing hand-eye coordination and encouraging outdoor play. Students will learn the importance of physical activity while having fun, which can improve their focus and energy levels in the classroom. Sportime Max ProRubber Football: With three intermediate size 7 footballs, students can participate in organized sports, learning the values of teamwork, strategy, and perseverance. These skills are transferable to their academic and personal lives, fostering a well-rounded development.
My goals for this project include Promoting Physical Activity: Encourage students to engage in regular physical exercise, which is essential for their physical and mental health.
Enhance Social Skills: Provide opportunities for students to interact, collaborate, and build friendships through team sports and group activities. Boost Academic Performance: By incorporating physical activity into their daily routine, students can improve their concentration, memory, and overall academic performance. Create a Fun and Inclusive Environment: Ensure that every student feels included and excited about participating in recess activities, fostering a positive school culture.
My students are so special because they are Diverse and Talented. Our students come from various backgrounds, each bringing unique talents and perspectives to the table. Their diversity enriches our school community and creates a vibrant learning environment. My students are eager to Learn and Play! They are enthusiastic learners who thrive on new challenges and experiences. Their curiosity and energy make them a joy to teach and inspire.
