My Project

This project will provide the speech pathologists and technicians that serve 12 preschool classes with items and activities for the curriculum vocabulary. As a team of three, we provide support for almost every student in every class (about 120).

Our students are here because they need support with communication.

It is our hope that the fun, colorful items chosen will encourage interaction and use of language.

This project targets the following preschool curriculum themes: self-awareness, furniture, health and nutrition, community helpers, animals (forest, zoo, ocean, farm, polar), dinosaurs, transportation, outdoors, farm, and insects. We will use the items to target vocabulary by using these hands-on objects.
