Help me give my students instruments to use in band class. Many families at this school are unable to rent an instrument. These instruments will be used to help children have the opportunity to participate in band.

My Project

The students at my schools light up with excitement when they are given the opportunity to try new things. When they are able to produce a sound on an instrument for the first time, it is powerful! It gives them a sense of pride and control.

These students have difficult financial situations at home.

They don't have a lot of things to look forward to every day. Band gives them an opportunity to be successful at something, enjoy working with other students as a team, and gives them a joy and passion they didn't have before! Music has the power to change a life for the better!
