Spring is fast approaching, and the snow will soon be gone! Please help me provide new playground balls and jump ropes for my students to strengthen their bodies, minds, and teamwork skills.
Physical activity helps strengthen our minds and bodies.
As federal and state mandated test windows open soon for our children, the need for physical activity for our students increases. Students thrive on fresh air and game playing with their friends. Adding more movement throughout the day, strengthens muscles and increases blood supply and circulation to their growing brains and bodies. Organized games also help promote cooperative learning, teamwork, and good sportsmanship skills.
My students have been cooped up all winter with knee-deep snow and are excited to have a clear playground and field to play games. They love to jump rope and play all types of ball sports. Your generosity can help fulfill their truest desires to have some playground equipment.
