Playground Fun!

Help me give my students equipment for the playground for gross motor play.

My Project

All of our students want to play and have fun on the playground, but we have few options other than "tag". Our school has basketball hoops, but we lost all of our balls. Kids have some climbing equipment too, but this grant will give us so many more things to do during unstructured play time. Recess time is so important for social emotional development. It gives kids a chance to socialize and negotiate materials. It is a time for gross motor development as well.

These balls and jump ropes will used and enjoyed by the whole lower grades of the school!
