My students are from the upstate of South Carolina. They are part of a diverse school that is near the local university. The best part about my group of students is that they are able to learn about other cultures from around the world.
My students are bright, caring, and energetic!
They love to get up and move! A lot of our time is spent moving through different stations and working with different partners. This group of students are definitely leaders who will change the world some day!
My Project
Play is very important in elementary school. Not only is it a time for students to decompress, it is also a time for students to build vital social skills. Our school has done a wonderful job in providing large pieces of playground equipment for our grade level to use.
Our students need small equipment pieces to supplement the large pieces that the school has provided.
On behalf of my grade level, I am asking for jump ropes, balls, flying discs, and an egg race game in order to provide extra stimulation and options for our students to use. We have approximately 130 students that this equipment will benefit this year and the years to come!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
