My Project
A Sensory learning table will provide hands-on experiences that help children engage in their senses while exploring and learning. The table and filler sand will encourage fine motor development, creativity, and problem solving through tactile play. They also support language development and social interaction as kids collaborate and share ideas.
For students with sensory needs, the table offers a calming, structured environment that promotes focus and emotional regulation, making learning more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
For my students who are non-verbal, these tables offer meaningful ways to communicate, express themselves, and connect with the world around them. They encourage fine motor development, creativity, and problem solving through tactile play. It can also help my students feel safe and successful in their learning.
