This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am writing to you on behalf of a special classroom dedicated to children with disabilities. At our school, we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Our classroom specializes in catering to the unique needs of children with disabilities, ranging from cognitive to physical impairments.

One of the key components of our curriculum is the use of functional toys, which play a crucial role in the developmental journey of these children.

Functional toys are specially designed to encourage interaction, exploration, and learning in children with disabilities. Unlike traditional toys, functional toys are adapted to meet the specific needs and abilities of each child, allowing them to engage in play activities that promote cognitive, motor, and social development.

However, as a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of donors like you to sustain our programs and provide essential resources to our students. That is why we are reaching out to you today to request your support in the form of a donation towards the purchase of functional toys for our classroom.
