I am a School Counselor who is in need of some materials to conduct play therapy with our students. Play therapy is a very important counseling technique that works especially well with young children. Young children work out their feelings through play; sometimes in ways that they may be unable to express verbally. I am currently using play therapy, however the actual resources I have are very limited. I am hoping to get some play therapy tools that were specifically designed to use while doing play therapy. I am in need of a dollhouse, some multi-ethnic families, and school house, and some sand. This area will be available to all younger students (PK-3rd grade). I truly believe in the experience of play therapy and the benefits for the children are unbelievable. Thank you for considering our project. I work with all the students in our school; K-8th grade.
