Help me give my students multimodality ways of learning vocabulary words, prepositional phrases, and social-emotional skills. Using our hands and our words (like when using the Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs) is important in speech therapy. This maximizes learning.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
COVID-19 has impacted my students in many ways. This can be seen in their expressive language delays, receptive language delays, vocabulary delays, and social-emotional delays. It is up to us to help catch them up.
While parents were working from home, and students were staying inside, it was difficult to acquire language.
Supporting these students with these multimodallity materials will allow them to catch up to their peers. This is especially true for our students with Autism. Supporting them with sensory items, tactile items, and picture cards are pertinent to their best learning styles.
More than half of students from low‑income households
