This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom wish is for playground equipment to enhance our recess experience. Right now, we lack essential items like balls, jump ropes, tether balls and all other outside toys. which makes it difficult for my students to fully enjoy their outdoor time.
I would love to have flag footballs, soccer balls, basketballs, hula hoops, cones, pennies for team games, stem, and chalk for creative play.
Having these items would not only make recess more exciting but also encourage my students to be active, socialize, and embrace the joy of outdoor play. It’s disheartening to see them without the tools to enjoy being outside.
