My Project
My preschool students have a wide variety of abilities. Some are typically developing children and some have special needs. These materials will help students to develop essential skills. Our dramatic play area is the most popular area in our room. Through play, our students children learn essential skills, such as taking turns, sharing, sustaining attention, emotional control, how to be a friend, and how to be a learner. My students love playing in this area but some of the furniture is decades old. This area is so important for language and social development.
Teachers observe so much language and social emotional development through our dramatic play experiences.
Most importantly, the students have fun and make friends.
