Play for All: Building a Unified PE Program Together

Help me give my students an inclusive PE program with adaptive equipment so that all of my elementary students, including those with special needs, can move, play, and thrive together.

My Project

Although I’ve been teaching for 20 years, this will be my first year as a physical education teacher. I am excited to build a program that is not only fun and active but also inclusive and accessible to all students.

Physical education should be a place where all students feel like they belong and can succeed.

With your support, I can create a welcoming PE environment where students of all abilities are excited to move, grow, and have fun together.

To do this, I’m requesting a variety of PE equipment, including adaptive PE tools designed for students with physical, cognitive, or sensory needs. This equipment will help every child participate meaningfully in class activities, promoting confidence, coordination, and social interaction.

Items may include balance equipment, sensory-friendly tools, and other modified gear that will allow every student to be involved, challenged, and successful.
