My Project

The footballs, line markers and tees for this project will be beneficial for our overall athletic program at GMS. It will go beyond the football program and support all of our student-athletes as they strive to develop and pursue athletics at the next level. We desire to possess the adequate sports training equipment that not only help build strength and enhance skills, but most of all, to aid in developing proper technique to avoid injuries and maintain safety.

Many middle-school students are extremely excited about the opportunity to participate in team sports, and embrace the rigor and challenges of preparing for it.

However, there is adequate evidence arising from injury prevention studies of youth sports participants emphasizing the necessity for proper training equipment that is designed age-appropriately to help develop their muscles and avoid injuries.

The overall objective of our project is to build a safe training environment that equipped with developmentally-appropriate equipment and encourage ongoing personal health and safety techniques that would make their experience as a student athlete rewarding and successful. In addition, we are in need of essential resources that are required to make a football season possible.

We need suitable and up to date yard line markers and a down indicator chain; as well as game balls and a kicking tee. With safety in mind, the GoSports Line Markers is made with sand weights and hook and loop fasteners to help avoid accidental injuries along the sidelines and the Champro Kicking tee is constructed with a non-slip texture to help avoid injuries.
