This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I teach 4-8-year-old students with ranging disabilities from Autism, ADHD, Learning Disability, and Emotional and Behavioral difficulties. We are living in a remote area and my students have limited access to hands-on materials and manipulatives.
My students are very social and enjoy game-based activities.
They like spending time outdoors when the weather permits. My students also delight in performing indoor activities such as making paper airplanes and creating various artworks. The joy in their eyes when bringing something to life is priceless.
My Project
The requested learning materials such as the literacy kits, touch, read CVC words, creating a design kit, and more are going to be used for Hybrid Teaching Model. They learn best when they are involved in enjoyable and motivating ways. My students come to in-person learning two times a week. These resources would surely be embraced with love and happiness.
My students enjoy fun and educational based learning activities.
Students will surely enjoy these game-based activities as we navigate both distance and in-person learning. I am more than excited to use these materials to teach my students with learning abilities.
