My Project

We have the most amazing, hard working, dedicated scholars! The journey to musicianship began with these students in August. They learned how to play recorder last year. They started to read notation. They are reading rhythms and identifying notes, matching pitches and playing familiar songs.

We are ready for the next step!

Trumpets will be the second instrument these students will learn. After learning the basics of trumpet playing they will be ready for beginning band! What an exciting time!

These students come before school to work, take instruments outside at recess to work and come during planning period for extra help to achieve musical goals they have set! These kids are on fire!
