This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students will be excited to plant seeds with their families as a celebration of their learning about the environment. During this time, families will engage together to select seeds, plant them in pot, and take them home to watch the seeds grow with everything they need! Students will have the opportunity to use new envrionment vocabulary with their families during this activity and make in-classroom learning authentic to their own lives! We are excited for everyone to work together on a project that will benefit them and their surrounding community!
