Help me give my students pots, soil, and markers to help learn about how plants help our enviorment.

My Project

My students love science and learning about everything that has to do with science!

This project will allow each of my students to create a pot, decorate it, and plant a plant in it that they will water and watch grow.

My students will learn about how plants help the environment and what a plant needs to grow and survive. The best way for my students to learn this, is hands-on. Students learn and remember better when they are part of the learning. This project will allow them to have first hand experience in planting and nurturing a plant from seedling to flower! They also will be able to take it home and replant it in their yard, allowing them to continue to watch it grow and flourish. I also have asked for markers to decorate their pots and clean up materials for any messes made in the planting and nurturing afterwards.
