This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
So much of student learning has been done indoors this past year. It's time to allow our students to go outside and explore nature!
During this time of the year, our students learn about how living things grow and change.
The plant kits will be part of their hands-on learning about how plants develop and what is needed to care for them. They will also discover how long it takes for a plant to grow from a seed into a seedling. We will also be able to discuss the different parts of a plant with an accurate model.
