My Project

Teachers wear many hats, and music teachers have some unique ones! Sometimes I feel like actual teaching doesn't take as much time as planning for teaching and doing administrative tasks for my extracurricular chorus, field trips, and district music events.

I'm requesting this MacBook Air to help me stay on top of all of those details.

An organized teacher is better prepared for students each day and able to provide a better experience for them, both in the classroom and in the many areas that music teachers handle out of the classroom.

Next year, I intend to do some units with my older students that are music technology based, and this machine will help me to run and manage those programs as well. This laptop will also be used to present slides during music lessons so all students can see.
