My Project

We are already starting to plan for the next school year! With this project, we hope to receive supplies needed at the beginning of the school year. Our school is in an urban district where families need help with school supplies.

The first day of school is always exciting so we hope to have new school supplies for each student!

Each student will have a new pencil box and folder. The other materials are shared classroom materials. We use a lot of construction paper, paint and paint stix for projects and in the art center, so we need to replenish our supply. These supplies give students ownership of their personal materials, teach sharing with shared materials and responsibility in caring for all materials.
